This notice explains the information used by Aaranya and the SpaSuite workspace when you make an appointment, contact the business, request beta access or use an invited account.
No online payment collectionPayment-card details are not requested by this beta.

Business-controlled accessAuthorised team members can access records for their business and assigned branches.
Information collected
Appointment forms collect your name, mobile number, email address, selected branch, service, date and time. You may add optional preferences or accessibility notes. Invited workspace accounts also use identity, role, branch-access and security-session information.
How it is used
Information is used to reserve and manage appointments, help the branch prepare for a visit, maintain service history, protect account access and support the business relationship. The beta creates confirmation records for email, SMS and WhatsApp, but delivery providers are not currently active.
Who can access it
The spa or salon is responsible for its customer records. Access is limited to invited business users according to their role and assigned branches, plus infrastructure services required to operate and secure the workspace. Customer information is not presented as a public directory.
Retention and your choices
Appointment and account records are kept while needed for operations, security and business records. Contact the business to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss removal. Some records may need to be retained where the business has a legal or operational obligation.
